DESCRIPTION:
It may sound simple, but the breath and taking time to consciously rest our minds is DEEPLY healing and restructures our body’s chemistry. This is a huge asset in navigating our daily lives and emotions and offers structure in experiencing life’s challenges.
Learn different breathing techniques starting with the basics and moving into more technical practices through the 5-week series. The goal is to give you the knowledge to start a regular practice of your own so you can truly experience the benefits and feel more in control of your mind and emotions.
