


Online Breathwork: Sunday, July 6th

6:45-8 AM MST // 8:45-10 AM EST

It’s time to create space to feel, process, and breeeeeathe. This is an opportunity to let yourself BE, show up with whatever emotions you’re processing, whatever situations you’re navigating. The breath is an incredible tool that moves energy throughout the body, tuning you to a different frequency that allows for somatic healing, new ways of thinking, and a revitalized way of feeling. We are gathering to collectively release deep stress, reset your nervous system, and recenter with hearts.
No experience needed—just bring an open mind and a willingness to let yourself be.
This is for every body. You’ll be lying down during the breathwork, so create a special space that feels clean and calm. Burn some palo santo, candles, etc., to set the vibe.
It is suggested to lie flat: whether that’s on the floor on a yoga mat and blanket on top, on the bed, or couch. Have a blanket and something to cover your eyes (eye pillow or cloth). No pillow under you head - we want to keep the neck in line with the rest of the spine.
