Online SOULstice Breathwork: 12/23/25

$20.00

TUESDAY, DECEMBER 23RD
5-6:15 PM Eastern Time Zone
Zoom

It’s time to create space to feel, process, and breeeeeathe. This is an opportunity to let yourself BE, show up with whatever emotions you’re processing, whatever situations you’re navigating. The breath is an incredible tool that moves energy throughout the body, tuning you to a different frequency that allows for somatic healing, new ways of thinking, and a revitalized way of feeling. We are gathering to collectively release any pent-up energy and emotion, reset our nervous systems, and recenter our hearts.

No experience needed—just bring an open mind and curiosity.

How to Set Up Your Space

  1. Choose where you’ll lie down
You will be lying down for the breathwork. Lie flat on the bed or the floor—whichever is more comfortable for you. Make it comfy! If youre on the floor, use a yoga mat (or two!) Put a blanket over it, and have an extra to drape over you.

  2. Have something to cover your eyes
Such as an eye pillow or cloth.

  3. Support your neck and spine properly
Do not use a pillow under your head. If you need support, place a small folded blanket under your head and neck so your neck stays in line with your spine.
If you experience low back pain, placing a pillow under your knees can help.

  4. Wear comfortable clothing
Choose loose, comfortable clothes that won’t restrict your breathing.

  5. Prepare the room
Before our meeting time, tidy the space and adjust the lighting so it feels calm and relaxed. You may use aromatherapy or a soothing lotion if that helps you feel at ease.

  6. Create a quiet, uninterrupted environment
Reduce distractions and let others in your home know you’ll need quiet during the session.
